Strategic Plan for Home-based Early Childhood Education Services

Introduction

The Strategic Plan for Home-based Early Childhood Education Services was developed by a cross-section of people involved in home-based ECE and supported by Dr Anne Meade (facilitator) and Liz Everiss (writer). This plan was presented to the Minister of Education Honourable Anne Tolley on 8 April 2009.

The New Zealand Home-based Early Childhood Education Association will be supporting the aims and aspirations of this plan with the Home-based sector and working with various government agencies.
