The Minister of Education the Honorable Anne Tolley today released a letter to Early Childhood informing them of errors made by the Ministry of Education which meant funding changes could not be announced in this years budget. It is her intention that Early Childhood will recieve a cost of living increase in July. She will be taking proposals for this to cabinet in the next two weeks.
