• Individual membership (member of licensed MoE service): $57.50/annum (inc GST) please complete this form


• Affiliate Individual membership (member of non licensed MoE service): $115.00 (inc GST) please complete this form


• Service/Agency/Organisation affiliate (licensed MoE service/agency/organisation): $345/annum (inc GST) for the first 3 home-based networks, and an additional $57.50 per network thereafter. There is also a one off application joining fee for new service members of $115 (inc GST) please complete this form


• Affiliate membership (non MoE licensed service/agency/institution) $517.50 (Inc GST) please complete this form

Once you have completed the online form your Invoice for membership will be emailed to you.

Your membership and website login will be confirmed on receipt of your membership fees.
